Purpleexplained Garage Doors is a referral service. We do not hire technicians, and we are not offering jobs as an employer. We are looking for independent contractors who want to receive calls from homeowners with garage door repair, spring repair and installation needs.

You keep your own business, prices and schedule. Referral volume can vary by area and season, and nothing here is a promise of work.

What We Look For

• An established garage door business serving Highland or the Highland area.
• Experience with repair, spring work, track alignment, openers and new door installation.
• The licenses, insurance and permits your local rules require.
• A professional, respectful way of speaking with homeowners.
• A habit of putting quotes in writing.

Our Expectations

Homeowners come to us because they want to avoid costly mistakes. Providers in the network are expected to:

• Put safety before speed on every visit.
• Inspect first, then explain the problem in plain words.
• Give honest written quotes and never pressure anyone.
• Avoid promising results or fixed arrival times.
• Handle insurance talk carefully. Say that some policies may cover sudden damage, and offer to help document damage, but never promise coverage.
• Respond to referrals when your schedule allows, and tell homeowners honestly about your availability.

Providers may pay a referral fee when a homeowner is connected. Details are shared before you join.
